Have you found an article that is not in Dutch? Have you found any articles that need to be translated into your native language? Help close the #WikiGap by translating articles about women into new languages to reach wider audiences. Translating existing articles is one of the simplest ways to make an impact on Wikipedia.
The participant who translates the most number of pages will receive a prize at the end of the 'edit-a-thon'!
Members of CELL's team speak English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, and Serbian and will be on hand to assist you.
Don't make any other plans and reserve an hour or two for Maastricht's first #WikiGap event. We'll provide the drinks, food, good music and a good cause. See you there, remember: Student Hotel Maastricht, Friday, March 8, 2019 from 12:00 to 18:00.
All participants should create an editing account on Wikipedia and then register on our event’s own Wikipedia page by adding your name to the Participant's list, you can register here.
If you have trouble registering, don't worry! Just email us at info@cell.foundation or get help from us on the day of the event.
